Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

Thick and soothing, however will leave a bit of a greasy stain on your nursing bra if not using shields.

Great product especially once your nipples' have already cracked. No stinging. Great for your lips too and cracked knuckles from all the cleaning and sterilising. A small amount goes far

Breast feeding is very personal experience. In general you stick to using one brand of cream. This is genuinely because the pain of breast feeding is based on cracked nipples and bleeding or reaction to the cream, so with this, for the time that I did breast feed, I chose to use Lansinoh, it seemed to heal my breast quickly and didn't leave a residue. I would recommend this product to all first time mums and especially a mother of twins.

Does the job. This nipple balm helped when I was sore from when I started breastfeeding. It soothed the nipple and helped heal it even when I was constantly breastfeeding.

A very thick cream to help heal cracked, aching nipples. I used this when I started breastfeeding my newborn, but it was such a sore process (as it always is for the first few weeks) that it didn't provide a whole lot of relief. I think it's optimistic to assume that it will turn the initial stages of breastfeeding into a painless breeze (as I had hoped!), but it does help if you're struggling with cracked or bleeding nipples. After two or three weeks, my nipples suddenly got used to it and the cream was never required again. It's expensive, but high quality stuff, hypoallergenic and odourless, unlike some 'natural' ones. Overall, a great product if you find it's needed.

Wouldn't call this a cream as it is very gooey so warm it up before you pop it on if your nipples are sore as it tends to stick to your fingers. Careful what you wear as it can stain but as it's thicker than a 'cream' it seems to stay on much better.
