Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

Absolutely brilliant and worth every penny I thought it was a bit dear at first but it does what it says plus once my nipples were not sore any more it has other uses like grazes and other sores so it's not wasted

Brilliant cream, helped massively in those early days as I was so close to giving up breastfeeding due to the pain but thanks to this cream I persevered and now 10 months on we are still breastfeeding.

Was recommended by my midwife first pregnancy and was excellent so I used it with my other two afterwards. Quite pricey but worth it.
