Good for picking up things like high chairs, bouncers etc. It's annoying that not everything can be delivered, however, and some things are only click and collect (or worse, not available for home delivery and also not in stock locally). I've always thought their Customer Service has been great, they've always accepted my returns with no quibbles (even if I have no receipt for gifts).
