Quite thin consistency, just like a cheap moisturiser. Stop nipples drying out but doesn't feel like offers any protection

rather thick, however that prevents you from using too much. Therefore lasted longer than Lansinoh. This brand is also very good for nappy rash as it doesn't rub off in the nappy.

Easy to apply, and safe for baby. I used this after most feeds in the first weeks and had no problems with cracked nipples.
