Contains all recomended doses of iron, folic acid and vitamin d. Also has added ginger so can help some women with nausea/sickness although this didnt help for me.

Brilliant that the same tablets cover pregnancy and breast-feeding as well, rather than having to move onto different stage formulation tablets.

Cheaper than the branded ones but although you cannot taste the ginger immediately, I suffered from reflux and sickness and could really taste the ginger then which was so much worse
