Difficult to get baby/child in and out if the carrier, difficult to fasten when baby/child is in the carrier. It is comfortable for the wearer. Child doesn't feel 100% secure.

The support is good and always felt comfortable with baby. However straps do not adjust how you want them which makes it feel like the carrier wasn't sitting right

We got the baby carrier as a hand me down. It was uncomfortable but looked comfortable for the baby. I didn't get much use out of it because we bought one already.
