Cow and gate are competitive with the other leading brands. The one value I did find they had that sets them apart from the rest, is their travel cartons of pressure mixed milk that were in convenient plastic bottles with disposable teats that were very handy to keep in the changing bag or car. I was never caught without when I found these useful packs as you never know when your child may spill, lose their bottle, or just suddenly decide they require more milk that you had prepared when you left the house!

I have used cow and gate first infant milk with both of my children and found that they both took to it well. I combined bottle and breastfeeding at first and they didn't struggle to combine. It is readily available at most supermarkets and not overpriced. It is also easy to make up. I would definitely use again if I were to have more children in the future.

I liked the consistency of this formula as it was not too watery and not too thick. My baby was very content after her feed. That meant happy baby happy mama.

chose C&G because it was the most well stocked brand in my local supermarket, and should i have run low unexpectedly i could easily get some more than another brand that they only stocked a small selection of. pricing comparable to all the other well known brands.
