Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

Really thick product that does provide a good barrier however it is expensive for what you actually end up using.

Its a long lasting cream. A little goes a long way so whilst the price is a little higher than other creams it lasts a good while on the skin whereas other creams i tried i felt the need to reapply more frequently than this. One tube has lasted me 5 months with sole breast feeding- i used it most in the first 12weeks when breastfeeding was the most sore.

It's great because you don't have to wipe it off before nursing. When my little one got chapped lips, I was able to put it on before feeding, and she got it on her mouth as a bit of lip balm. :-)

The best, my favourite. I use it when my nipples are cracked, and painful. Good price, and I can buy it everywhere in every shop ( even in Hungary where I came from )
