Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Bought baby toys. Good products although quite pricey and click and collect service isnt great. I never recieve email/text when my parcel has been delivered to store so always end up ringing

Although they messed up an order for my mother in law they were quick to rectify it and a staff member from the local store delivered her online order to her house to apologise.

General customer service and complaints handling is shockingly poor from mothercare. Had 4 damaged cotbeds from them and their complaints handling was terrible.
