i found quite difficult to massage the gum with the gel, my little one wouldn't allowed me to use it as it was quite disturbing, taste wasn't particulary nice unfortunately.

I used a dummy to administer so it stayed in place for a as long as possible not sure if worked as they don't speak at this age but it took her mind off the teeth and seemed to like the taste it must help a little i used when she went to bed
