A good music class for young babies before they start crawling etc. Keeps them entertained and gets you out the house. Has social elements to it as well so could be used to find other new mums to hang out with.

Experience depends entirely on the group leader- lady delivering my course was fantastic though

We were told it was appropriate at any age. It being my first baby and my friends, we took our 5 week olds....needless to say we sat there breast feeding screaming babies for most of it feeling quite stupid. Retrospectively we were naive / clueless/ sleep deprived (want to scream YOU IDIOT-at pre - baby / new mother self) to think it would be suitable but the Rhythm time organisers could have given us the heads up! Otherwise looked great for 6 months plus.

My little boy and I still go to rhythmtime classes, he absolutely loves them and dances along to the music

I loved taking my son along to rhythm time. It was a friendly environment with varied content each week. My son used to love playing with all the percussion instruments.

We go to our local Rhyme time group which is held in church and is absolutely free. My little girl enjoys every song and rhyme we do every single time we go. It's fantastic opportunity to interact with other toddlers and she is the only one in her group at nursery that can do all the rhymes.
