Used the liquid iron supplement of this and although it was expensive it definitely helped and I felt loads better :) didn't taste that great though

Amazing mixed in orange juice raised my iron levels to the perfect level needed for birth and couldn't even taste except for A slight metallic after taste for a few seconds
