Ok but didn't really get on top well with them. Made me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach.

I found these very easy to take, flavourless and go down easy. However they are quite a big tablet which not everyone finds easy to swallow.

These tablets are very small and easy to swallow which is useful for people who struggle with normal size tablets. They come in a pack with days marked on them so you know if you have taken one that day. They are also good value for money.
