Ok but didn't really get on top well with them. Made me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach.

I believe these made my nausea worse with the added iron, which I read is a thing regarding morning sickness. When I changed vitamins, I felt less nauseous.

Fish oil capsuals are poor quality and cause reflux and a horrible taste in the mouth.
