Good however no different to the free ones your Midwife will give you. I found the tablets very large and difficult to take especially when suffering with morning sickness. Also very expensive.

Only used the conception vitamins for a couple of months whilst trying to conceive. I then changed to pregnacare and fell pregnant straight away - don't know if this was just coincidence or not.
