Ok but didn't really get on top well with them. Made me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach.

The tablets worked however I was told by my Midwife that the normal mum to vitamins with folic acid do the same job and cost about 80p

I used the seven seas folic acid before i started trying for a baby and while i was trying, i continued to use this brand once i fell pregnant and found that i didnt experiance morning sickness and always had plenty energy. These were also great balue for money and found that sometimes you got deals were you got 3 packets for
