Ok but didn't really get on top well with them. Made me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach.

Good load of vitamins in it and has ginger in too to quell sickness. Cheaper than pregnacare.

Not as good as pregnacare but I'd still recommend as still easy to take but not as good at releasing the goodness.

Very good product only disadvantage would be that the tablet itself it on the larger side so for those suffering with morning sickness may find the tablet a little difficult. Otherwise overall a very good product and would recommend.

I take the follow on breastfeeding tablets and capsules, they help baby's brain and eye development as well as giving you all the vitimans and minerals you need alongside a balanced diet. I take these daily and feel great, it also gives me peace of mind knowing that they're helping my baby's development and supporting my breastfeeding.
