Ok but didn't really get on top well with them. Made me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach.

These have a really good range I used them while pregnant then I used the follow on ones which were follow on a d breastfeeding which was brilliant because some don't me toon breastfeeding on the oackagtso I knew these were safe they are also good value for money

V good price and quality. Took conception, pregnancy and pregnancy plus breast feeding supplements. My only issue is that the omega 3 capsule are not good with sickness, I had morning sickness for 8months and this capsule made me gag then vomit on a couple of occasions. Otherwise I would recommend this brand

I tried the pre-conception tablets. They were very reasonable priced. I'm not sure if it was because of the vitamins but I got pregnant very quickly after I started taking them.

Easy to swollow without a bad taste Felt energised and glowing whilst taking these tablets Excellent value for money when purchased from Asda
